Marlborough Suite
The original master bedroom of the inn is a very large, sumptuously decorated
room, with a queen-size, four poster bed that has bedside steps. French
doors separate the bedroom from the large bathroom which has a Jacuzzi
bathtub. The suite also includes a beautiful view of Tippecanoe Place and
its grounds, a tower window breakfast nook, and an oak bonnet dresser which all
compliment this breathtaking room.
Nottingham Chamber
The Hager boys' room has a queen-size, cherry panel bed and accessories, robes
furnished for the shared bath, a tower window nook with ice cream table and
chairs adds to the charm of the room which is handsomely decorated. A twin
bed can be set up in this room.
Bath Suite
Esther's room has an attached sun porch which is decorated with white wicker furniture,
plaids and florals, stripes and lace. This three room suite has a private
bathroom, oak dressing screen, queen-sized bed, and bonnet dresser and serves as
a very charming bridal suite or anniversary retreat. Extra twin beds can be set
up in this suite.
Kenilworth Chamber
This room, which served as the sewing room in the early 1900's, exudes a feeling
of warmth and coziness. A double-size, white iron bed is the main focus of
the room which is also decorated with a white iron table and chairs, and has
white lace blends covering the windows. English rose is the color theme of
this which has a nice view of Tippecanoe Place. Plush terry cloth robes
are furnished for the shared bath, which is conveniently located just down the
hall.
Rates
Rates, including full, PRIVATE breakfast, range from $85.00 to
$185.00 per
night,
and all rooms are subject to state and local taxes.
All prices above are for double occupancy/weekend stays.
There is an added
charge for extra persons and special event weekends.
Week night
accommodations and single occupancy are discounted.
Corporate rates are available for mid-week stays or if you are considering
renting the entire Inn for that special occasion. Call us for availability
and details.
All rooms have cable television, air conditioning, telephone privileges,
private bathrooms, and many other special amenities to make
your stay
comfortable.

Inn Policies
A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation
(major credit card or personal
check). 
Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days will be charged the full deposit, unless we are
able to re-rent your room. (Note exception below.)
*Special event weekends will require a minimum 2 night stay and observe a
30
day cancellation policy.
Check in: 4:00 to 6:00 pm
Check out: 11:00 am
Please notify us if other arrangements need to be made for an
earlier or
later arrival, as well as a delayed check-out.

Directions & Map
Exit 77 off I-80/90 Toll Road, then 3 miles south on Route 933 (formerly
US31/33) to Washington Street. Turn right and go to Taylor Street.
Turn left on to Taylor Street, and the English Rose Inn Bed and Breakfast is the
plum and rose colored Queen Anne home, second on the left ... 116 South Taylor
Street.
We would be happy to send you other direction to the Inn,
if you are not
coming by way of the Toll Road.
